What will I get in my box?
Your Explore with BFF Manila box will contain a personally-curated selection of products according to your skin type. The Starter variant includes three (3) travel-sized products while Expert variant include six (6) travel-sized products. Each box will contain at least one (1) 111 SKIN Mask.
How do you personalize my box?
We personally handpick products among our BFF bestsellers that are perfect for your skin type and skin concerns! Answer the skin type quiz now so that we can curate a box for you.
When will my box ship?
We’ll ship your box 1-3 working days after you place your order. If you avail of the monthly subscription, we’ll ship your next box exactly one month after you placed your first order.
What are the payment guidelines?
Click “add to cart” then proceed to checkout. For monthly subscribers, you will be reminded to pay for your next box via email one week before the payment is due. You will also be reminded through email one working day before the deadline!
Can I cancel my subscription? (FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS)
Yes! Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Just make sure to email info@bffmanila.com regarding the cancellation of your subscription at least one week before the payment of your next box. For example, if you need to pay by the 15th of the month, the latest you can cancel your order is on the 8th of the month.
